This is a rare chance to step into a Relationship Executive role managing a high‐value, diversified corporate portfolio within BOQ's Business Bank Specialist division, working with some of our most complex and sophisticated clients. You will be entrusted with an established book of emerging corporate and corporate relationships with significant lending exposure, spanning multiple industries and requiring thoughtful, commercially astute relationship management.The role is focused on retaining and growing client relationships while continuing to attract new business through deep engagement, strong networks and a reputation for delivering tailored financial solutions. You will lead the end‐to‐end relationship across lending, credit structuring and ongoing portfolio management, partnering closely with credit, risk, financial markets and specialist teams to deliver outcomes that work for both the client and the bank. You bring strong capability in structuring and negotiating sophisticated lending solutions, writing high‐quality credit submissions and navigating complex financial and organisational structures with confidence. Your ability to interpret financial information, identify risk and opportunity, and translate this into practical, client‐focused outcomes sets you apart.You enjoy being externally facing and are proactive in building and maintaining strong referral networks with brokers, advisors and professional services firms. Internally, you are known for your collaborative style, clear communication and sound judgement, and you are comfortable working closely with credit, risk and governance partners.
