**About The Opportunity**:
Working within the people and culture department as a P&C Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of payroll and accounts processes. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Processing the end-to-end weekly payroll with accuracy and efficiency
- Facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new employees
- Being the first point of contact for employee, payroll and supplier inquiries
- Coordinate workflow in invoice management system
- Review and approve employee timesheets
- Supporting managers in the recruitment process
**About You**:
- 2+ years of experience as a P&C Administrator or related role
- High-level written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and maintain relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
- Willingness to learn, show initiative, and adapt to a changing environment
You will also have:
- Experience with payroll processing and HR systems
- Experience with Xero and Light Year invoice management (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
