We have opportunities for
Registered Nurses
to join our Anglican Care Aged Care services in
Taree
. The vacancies are Full Time positions. You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.
Must Have
Full working rights in Australia OR subclass Visa 482 OR 494
Must have at least 12 months working experience in Australia specifically in Aged Care
Must have a current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registration
The successful applicant will possess, or have a willingness to obtain the following:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Criminal History Check
Undertake a pre-employment Functional Medical

Role & Responsibilities:
Experience in palliative care, knowledge of AN-ACC and providing high quality care of the ageing people
Demonstrated experience in leadership of employees
Excellent time management, an ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to deliver person centre care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual.
Able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
