Join our team and provide crucial administrative support for road infrastructure projects in the beautiful South Coast region!Role DetailsRole Type: Casual labour hire assignment - Fulltime hoursLocation: Nerang, South Coast RegionRate: AO2 equivalent - $38.90 per hourAbout the RoleAs an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Preservation and Maintenance team by providing high-level administrative assistance to project managers and team members.
Your efforts will ensure the smooth delivery of projects and the maintenance of road infrastructure in the South Coast Region.
You will be responsible for managing data entry, document control, and general administrative tasks to help ensure project timelines are met, and compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures is maintained.Role and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage data entry into relevant departmental databases and computer systemsHandle the shared Outlook inbox and manage email correspondenceProvide document control services and assist with scheduling and coordinationPerform other administrative tasks as directed by the teamEnsure compliance with record-keeping procedures, maintaining data integrity and accuracyAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will be a self-driven, organised professional with a high level of attention to detail.
You will have a strong ability to manage competing priorities and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
