Your Role: We’re searching for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our growing team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Duties include: Daily banking reconciliation, handle cash banking Process supplier invoices and store expenses, order office supplies Prepare and process supplier returns, review aged stock reports Follow up supplier and customer back orders, assist with stock control Review accounts receivable reports, support purchasing tasks Assist with event planning and other activities to support smooth daily operations Location: Based at AWM Doncaster, VIC. Minimum 4 days per week. Flexible school-friendly hours available.
