The Retail Liquor Specialists Group is an Australian company expanding its business operations further, to include an IGA supermarket and liquor store, at a green field site, based in Tamworth NSW.

Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage buying processes and budgets, develop and implement processes, lead and motivate staff, and maintain compliance and safety.
Daily Operations Management
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing resources, and ensuring goals are met within budget and on time.

Buying Process Management
Responsibilities include managing buying processes, developing and implementing processes, and negotiating skills in a commercial environment.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Diploma or Degree in Business or relevant experience
* Minimum three years' experience in a similar role
* Experience of managing multi-sites in a broad geographical location, in person and/or virtually
* Problem solving abilities that adapt to a variety of situations
* Proven negotiation skills in a commercial environment
* Ability to develop strong working relationships
* High level of MS Excel skills
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
* Drivers Licence (evidence of driving record)
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $104,000 to $120,000, dependent on experience, and generous bonuses based on KPIs achieved. Additionally, we provide a vehicle fit for purpose and the choice of base location between Tamworth and Wingham NSW.
