**About the role**:
Grampians Health Services-Mental Health and wellbeing Service is a dynamic Mental Health Service striving to provide the highest standards of treatment for the community while maintaining a commitment to a continuously improving clinical environment.
The Pre - Qualification Registered Nurse Employment (PQRN) program is offering multiple positions to students enrolled in a course of Bachelor of Nursing. This program seeks to build the capacity of Victoria's Specialist Mental Health Services to attract as soon-to-be-qualified nursing workforce to choose a career in mental health
We currently have opportunities for those completing 2nd,3rd or 4th year (double degree) studies as part of a Bachelor Degree. The program offers the opportunity for the PQRN's to work within our service in a supernumerary position supported by and under the delegation and direction of a registered Nurse.
As a PQRN in our program, you will receive clinical supervision and/or reflective practice opportunities from a Registered Nurse throughout your employment
We provide paid orientation and competency days on commencement, salary packaging, social club activities, in-service education and professional development, a well-equipped library, and access to car parking.
