About the Role Supporting the Head of People & Culture and People & Culture BP's, you will assist with People & Culture processes, particularly recruitment. You will use your time-management and organisation skills to ensure recruitment processes stay on track, and maintain consistent communication between candidates and hiring managers. This is a temporary contract, lasting at least 7 weeks. You will have flexibility to work from home. Duties As the P&C Administrator, your duties will include: Posting job adverts. Pre-screening candidates. Providing shortlists to Hiring Managers, assisting with roles across Sales, Marketing, Tech and Operations. Scheduling interviews. Communicating with candidates throughout the process. Conducting de-brief sessions with Hiring Managers. Officiating onboarding processes. Skills & Experience To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have: 2 years working in P&C and Recruitment. A degree in Human Resource Management or similar.
