About the role:
* Join a high-performing Corporate and work directly with Partners and Senior Lawyers recognized by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500
* Work closely with premium clients, delivering commercial advice grounded in sound legal judgement and a deep understanding of client value drivers
The ideal candidate:
* 3+ year’s post-admission experience in M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and/or FIRB
* Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
* A team player with a high attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to develop your career in a high-performing environment
