With a customer-focused mindset and solutions-driven approach, you will develop and maintain relationships with our key advisers, together with effective management of a designated adviser panel.
Collaborating with a range of stakeholders, you will provide technical advice and support, ensuring that underwriting standards and service level agreements are applied to the handling of all cases received, applications and pre-assessments alike.
Key Responsibilities
* Strong experience in underwriting individual term life, income protection, TPD, and trauma insurance with high-level individual underwriting authorities.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement within dynamic environments.
* Customer focused mindset with a solutions driven approach.
* Completion of medical terminology course.
* ANZIIF and ALUCA CPLI certifications, strongly desired.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
