We’re looking for talented lawyers to join our leading Banking & Finance team in Melbourne. Our team advises on a broad range of high-profile and complex matters, including debt capital markets, securitisation, structured finance, project and infrastructure finance, and corporate finance transactions; both domestically and internationally.

If you have at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in a Commonwealth jurisdiction, with a focus on debt capital markets, securitisation and structured products and/or corporate finance, and are looking to work on sophisticated transactions alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field, then this is the chance for you.

Qualifications and requirements

• At least 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in a Commonwealth jurisdiction.

• Focus on debt capital markets, securitisation and structured products and/or corporate finance.

• Experience in sophisticated transactions and ability to work with leading professionals in the field.
