The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to join our IT and Applications Delivery team. Reporting to the Manager – Enterprise Systems, you'll work closely with stakeholders, stream leads, IT teams, and third-party service providers to ensure our ERP and integrated applications effectively support business operations, with potentials to progress into senior leadership roles.
This role is both analytical and hands-on, from engaging with stakeholders to capture requirements and designing scalable solutions, to supporting ERP and integrations, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of ERP and business systems, while also contributing to project delivery and enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Balance operational support with project delivery, including incident resolution, system monitoring, and rollout of new initiatives.
* Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, capture requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate needs into user stories and specifications.
* Support solution design and architecture decisions for ERP and integration systems, recommending enhancements and upgrades.
* Design, document, and test ERP and integration solutions to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
* Produce clear documentation such as process flows, data flows, test cases, and system workflows to support compliance and change management.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* A degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field (Business Analysis or ERP certifications valued).
* Strong ERP background, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365, plus experience in integrations, robust data/process modelling and business analysis technique.
* Practical skills in system integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL, EDI) and a sound grasp of solution architecture.
* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Financials modules within ERP.
* Understanding of supply chain or finance-related business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
* Demonstrates readiness to take on greater leadership responsibilities and is eager to grow into a senior leadership capacity as the role evolves.
* Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and exposure to Microsoft Power Platform tools.
* Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to articulate and present technical solutions is mandatory.
* A proactive, collaborative style with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
