Position: IT Support/Helpdesk Internship

Type: Internship

Internship Duration: 3 Months (20-30 hours per week)

Location: Williamstown Office

Are you passionate about technology and solving problems? Do you enjoy helping others and have strong communication skills? TechInnovate is offering an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level IT Support / Helpdesk Intern to join our growing team.

Internship Overview:

As an IT Support / Helpdesk Intern, you will gain hands-on experience assisting end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting IT infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced professionals and receive full support and guidance throughout your internship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support to clients and staff
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Respond to service desk tickets and document solutions
- Assist in the setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems
- Deliver support both remotely and on-site (travel may be required)
- Maintain a positive and professional approach in all client interactions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience is highly regarded
- Willingness to learn and a problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car is essential
