Job Description:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for several key areas:
* Strategy & Growth: Develop and own the 12-month marketing and commercial strategy, identifying opportunities to grow market share and profitability across ANZ.
* Key Account Management: Lead negotiations with top-tier retailers, ensuring partnerships that maximise revenue and deliver retail excellence.
* Sales Leadership: Drive top-line sales performance, hitting ambitious targets while optimising shopper experiences and product distribution.
* Retail Excellence: Execute impactful promotional campaigns, deliver personalised retail strategies, and champion shopper-centric innovation at key locations.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse sales, market trends, and shopper insights to inform strategic actions and keep the business ahead of the curve.
* Market Protection: Lead pricing and distribution strategies, protecting brand equity across ANZ.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven Expertise: Possess 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the beauty or FMCG sector, with a strong background in managing pharmacy and retail accounts.
* Strategic Thinking: Have experience developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver measurable growth.
* Relationship Building: Skilled in high-level negotiations and fostering key retail partnerships.
* Analytical Mindset: Proficient in leveraging market intelligence and retail data (e.g., IQVIA) to drive decision-making.
