Job Description
Flexco, a leading global manufacturer of conveyor system solutions, is currently seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Territory Manager.
The Opportunity
As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships within your assigned region.
You will:
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new opportunities
* Build strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders
* Use market data to develop targeted sales plans and uncover underpenetrated industries
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored, solution-focused outcomes
* Deliver real value through Flexco's products and services
Position Scope & Key Result Areas:
Distributor Engagement & Growth
* Strengthen distributor relationships through regular engagement and joint sales initiatives
* Ensure distributors actively promote and represent Flexco in the market
Customer Support & Revenue Growth
* Support existing customers by providing solutions that enhance their operations
* Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, including Product of the Month promotions
* Deliver sustainable year-on-year revenue growth
* Align activities with Flexco's business priorities and profitability goals
New Business Development & Market Share Growth
* Identify and target new customers, sites, and industries to expand market share
* Utilise market data to support strategic growth initiativesMaintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline
* Consistently utilise Flexco's CRM platform to track opportunities and activity
* Leverage data insights to improve forecasting and sales performance
Training & Voice of Customer (VOC)
* Deliver training sessions to distributors and customers to enhance product knowledge
* Capture and share customer insights and feedback to inform business strategy and investment decisions
* Demonstrate integrity, collaboration, and a customer-first mindset in all interactions
* Foster innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a direct sales or marketing role
* Industry-related experience (highly regarded)
* Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce experience is advantageous)
