You will oversee the integrity and quality of customer data, implement data governance policies, troubleshoot technical issues promptly, and focus on optimising email deliverability, analysing key performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in lifecycle marketing efforts.Who you are :5+ years in Digital Marketing or a similar roleDemonstrated success in managing and optimising marketing automation and CRM platforms in a global organisationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMarketing Cloud Account Engagement SpecialistWhat you'll be doing :Platform Maintenance and OptimisationManage daily operations of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Resolve technical issues quickly to minimise disruptions and ensure efficient platform performance, applying updates when neededIntegration ManagementLead integration of marketing automation platforms with CRM systems, ensuring smooth data flow and consistencyMaintain and optimise API integrations with other toolsData Management and GovernanceEnsure customer data integrity within marketing and CRM platforms, optimise segmentation for personalised marketingImplement data governance practices to comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)Technical Support and CollaborationProvide technical support for the lifecycle marketing team and collaborate with IT, sales, and product teams for seamless technology integrationTrain marketing team on platform usageDeliverability ManagementEnsure best practices for email deliverability, monitor performance, and work with providers to address issuesOptimise email practices to maintain sender reputationData Analysis and ReportingCreate dashboards and reports to track key metricsProvide insights for improvement and conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
