Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining corporate systems, providing troubleshooting support, and implementing updates to ensure software environments are supported effectively.
* Maintain corporate systems across the organisation, including property and rating, financial, enterprise asset management, customer request management, and electronic document management system.
* Provide Level 1/2 troubleshooting support, resolving issues and offering workarounds to mitigate future incidents.
* Implement and maintain updates, patches and service packs to ensure software environments are supported effectively.
* Develop professional relationships with key stakeholders, including IT staff and third-party vendors.
