Your new role
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Executive Assistants to support senior leaders across various divisions, departments and agencies within the APS Canberra. You will be responsible for:
* Providing high-level administrative and executive support
* Managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings
* Organising travel and preparing briefing materials
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Handling confidential information with discretion
* Supporting governance and secretariat functions
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you will demonstrate:
* Recent experience in an Executive Assistant or Branch Coordinator role within the APS
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Sound judgement, initiative, and professionalism
* Understanding of APS Values and Code of Conduct
* Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance (baseline, NV1, NV2 or TSPV)
