About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Crop Health Specialist to provide expert advice on crop health, nutrition and protection.
As an embedded advisor, you will work closely with clients and branch staff to develop tailored recommendations addressing their specific challenges and opportunities.
You will conduct farm visits to identify customer needs, offer product recommendations, and support implementation of agronomic solutions for prospective and existing clients.
Your primary goal will be to maximize promotional opportunities, including assisting at field days and farmer meetings with demonstrations and trial work.
To achieve this, you will need to conduct thorough analyses of client operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive innovation with the latest ag-technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site visits to gather information on client operations, assess current practices, and identify potential areas for improvement
* Develop and deliver customized recommendations to address growers' specific challenges and opportunities
* Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication and outreach
* Assist at field days and farmer meetings with demonstrations and trial work, showcasing the benefits of our products and services
* Analyze data and metrics to track client performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making
