Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Role Overview
A Business Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
This role is responsible for capturing and translating business and user requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment with agile methodologies and platform capabilities.
* Must have strong ServiceNow technical knowledge.
* Captures business and user requirements (as stories for agile shops).
* Ensures requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.
* Owns the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, prioritize, model, and document business, process, and data requirements.
* Represents project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
* Works with the platform team to develop release estimates.
* Supports the testing effort.
* Works with stakeholders to drive adoption.
* Defines processes across Customer/IT/Employee workflows.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Fluent written and spoken English skills.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in process design across ITSM or Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, or HR Service Delivery.
* Mandatory Telecom Consulting skills.
* Experience spanning 8-10 years.
