Sales Director Job Description

* Drive sales growth in Australia and New Zealand markets, exceeding set sales targets and achieving sustainable revenue streams.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, managing all sales administration associated with selected key customers.
* Continually identify future growth opportunities and trends/issues that may impact the business, ensuring profitable outcomes and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily communications and inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and resolution.
* Upload sales orders data into Salesforce for accurate report/dashboard creation and data-driven decision-making.
* Support the creative team by providing asset sources for approval purposes, maintaining efficient workflow and timelines.
* Create and manage style packs for confirmed orders, organizing and filing folders by retailer, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
* Oversee external partner asset libraries, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
* C coordinate 3rd party license approval processes, liaising directly with customer buyers and assistants for approval comments and production status updates.
