Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager
The Shire of Esperance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead the development and maintenance of our infrastructure assets. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our civil assets, managing our fleet and workshop, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and maintenance of our infrastructure assets
* Manage our fleet and workshop operations
* Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
* Develop and implement asset management strategies
* Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals
Requirements
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or 5+ years' senior civil works experience
* Proven track record of leading construction and maintenance crews
* Strong design and construction background
* Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
* Ability to work well with people and keep projects on track
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
