We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity. The successful candidate will work on weekends and be responsible for supporting the sales and administration function within our Care Community.
The role involves ensuring the sales and admissions process runs smoothly, conducting tours, building meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with various administrative tasks such as payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and invoicing.
You will also play a key role in managing team rosters and timesheets, and providing exceptional client services and general enquiries support.

Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience in a similar role and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
