Overview
We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of a single shopping centre, working directly for the landlord.
You'll be a well-rounded professional with experience across all areas of shopping centre management.
Responsibilities
* Manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, and financial reporting
* Oversee lease renewals, tenant billing, rental arrears, and debt recovery
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and WHS compliance
* Support leasing and business planning, identifying cost-saving and value-add opportunities
* Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and local stakeholders
* Conduct regular inspections and address operational risks, whilst maintaining high presentation standards
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in shopping centre management
* Strong financial, leadership, and operational skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
* Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
* Community-minded with a collaborative approach
