Altrad is proud to offer ongoing work at our Kwinana Fabrication Workshop, where the Pipefitter role provides hands-on involvement in producing high-quality fabricated items for major projects nationwide - giving you excellent insight into large-scale operations and industry-leading practices. · Altrad Fabrication Workshop based in Kwinana Beach (Formerly known as AGC Fabrication Workshop)
· Working Monday through to Saturday, 10-12 hours per day during the week with 6-8 hours on Saturdays
· Casual contract, with an hourly rate of $50.55 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + penalties
· Attractive penalties apply: Monday to Friday are ordinary work, Saturday starts at 1.5x before moving to 2x, and Sundays are paid entirely at 2x (note – penalties are calculated on the base rate of pay
· Join a well-established and well-maintained workshop offering consistent, long-term work within a supportive team environment
Who do we want to hear from?
· Minimum 2 years' experience in Pipe Fitting (large piping scope, ranging from small bore to large bore)
· Experience in stainless steel fitting (desirable)
· Hold the following Nationally Accredited Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade
· Proven experience working within a fabrication workshop environment
· Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
