If you are a Financial Advisor looking for a part time role, based in Victoria and wanting to work from home (with some in person client meetings required) and have 3-5 years of experience as an Advisor, please keep reading.
This role is strictly available to candidates wanting to work 2-3 days per week and have experience as a Financial Advisor.
We are partnering with a highly regarded financial advice practice that is deeply committed to empowering women, especially pre-retiree single women, to feel confident with their finances. This is a part-time (2–3 days per week), remote Financial Planner role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to deliver meaningful, strategic and holistic advice to a 100% female client base.
Who You'll Be Working With
* 100% female clients, many of whom are navigating major life transitions including retirement, separation, inheritance, or health changes.
* The practice has a specialist focus on single women (never married, widowed, divorced) over 50, supporting them to build financial independence and security.
* Advice is deeply holistic and strategic, covering areas such as retirement and superannuation, investment planning, insurance, debt management, estate planning, budgeting and aged care.
* The team values empathy, transparency and long-term relationships, with a bespoke, client-centred approach rather than one-size-fits-all advice.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised financial planning and strategic advice that supports clients' life goals and decision making.
* Build and maintain investment strategies that align with client needs and risk appetite.
* Provide guidance across protection strategies, superannuation, debt management, mortgage structuring and estate planning.
* Review and adjust strategies as client circumstances evolve.
What You Bring
* A qualified financial planner with the capability to provide strategic advice.
* A strong commitment to supporting female clients and understanding the challenges faced at different life stages.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trusted, long-term relationships.
* The ability to work independently with strong organisational discipline.
* Availability for 2–3 days per week.

The majority of client meetings are held virtually, however, in-person client meetings will be required from time-to-time which is why you must be based in Victoria.
