About the Role:
As a Graduate in our Regional & Agribusiness program, you'll have the opportunity to work with high-performing teams in regional locations. You'll learn about the agribusiness industry and develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this exciting field. Throughout your 4-month rotational program, you'll be exposed to various aspects of regional business and agribusiness banking, including relationship management, sales, and customer service.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking a rotational program designed to give you a foot in the door in a career in Regional and Agribusiness Banking
- Learning and developing with opportunities aligned to building critical skills for a future in banking
- Connecting with past Alumni Grads and fostering mentoring relationships
- Participating in industry learning and ongoing skill development
- Being part of a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and appreciated for being their authentic selves
You'll bring:
- Proven customer service skills and a passion for Regional Business & Agribusiness
- Effective relationship management skills
- Prior working experience in a service environment would be advantageous
