The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Registered & Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join us at Wollongong Private Hospital. In this role, you will be joining our state-of-the-art Vascular Lab team where you will become part of a passionate team of clinical professionals driven to exceed Ramsay's high standard of care.
Reporting to the Perioperative Services Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you must display strong clinical knowledge and competence within a hospital setting. You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will also demonstrate:
* Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered and Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
* IV Qualification required
* Prior experience in Vascular Angiography is highly regarded but not essential as long as you are willing to be trained in this area.
Remuneration
On offer is hourly base salary ranging from:
Registered Nurse: $36.65 - $51.47 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE $72,420.40- $101,704.72]
Enrolled Nurse: $32.96 - $35.88 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-thereafter) [FTE $65,128.96 - $70,898.88]
