This new role, leading a small team, will drive the company's sales and service activities in its established Branch in Toowoomba. In your new role you will manage an established workshop and experienced team to deliver excellent service and support for an established and growing customer base. You will be the face of the company in the area and will identify opportunities and provide customers with quality solutions that meet their needs. This is an independent customer facing role, but will also have ample support from head office and other locations across both Queensland and Australia. You will likely have a hands-on fuel injection, heavy diesel fitting or automotive engineering background, as well as excellent people and communication skills. You have led small teams successfully in past roles, can interact with customers from diverse backgrounds and have an entrepreneurial bent.
