Leadership Role (Nominated Supervisor, Coordinator, and Educational Leader)
Ensure full compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, managing notifications, incidents, and compliance reporting.
Recruit, train, and support educators to uphold service quality and compliance.
Conduct regular home visits, risk assessments, and monitoring to ensure safe and educationally rich environments.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting systems.
Educational Leader
Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Mentor and coach educators in best practices, fostering reflective practice and professional growth.
Promote inclusive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support positive outcomes for children.
