MBC Group Services We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Manager — or a Senior Accountant who’s ready to grow into a Client Manager role — to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and work closely with a talented team. You’ll manage your own portfolio, collaborate with a skilled team of accountants, and build long-term client relationships that go far beyond compliance. We are open to candidates based in Orange, Parkes, or Forbes, with flexible working across our office locations. What You’ll Do Manage your own portfolio while delivering exceptional client service and commercial advice Build strong, long-term client relationships with proactive communication Review financial statements, tax returns, and financial reports to ensure compliance Oversee workflow, budgets, and job profitability Mentor, support, and develop team members Contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives About You You’re an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working closely and collaborating with clients. You balance technical expertise with an easy-going, people-focused approach. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, plus CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent) Experience in public practice accounting Great communication skills and commercial acumen Proven leadership and mentoring experience We also welcome applications from Senior Accountants who may not yet be in a Client Manager role but are motivated to develop into one with coaching and support.
