We have an excitingopportunity for an experienced Office Co-ordinator to join ourCanberra office. This rolewill provide prompt, efficient and reliable office services to thefirm and our external stakeholders and to focus on continuousimprovement for each function within Office Services.
You will be responsible for:
greeting and assistingclients/visitors, ensuring a professionalexperience;
coordinating meeting roombookings, setups, resets, and support smooth delivery ofinternal and client meetings and events;
maintaining client areas,kitchens, meeting rooms and back of house workspaces to a highstandard;
managing security passes,onboarding of new starters including office tours, merchandiseand equipment coordination;
liaising with Facilitiesand Technology team, suppliers, and building management formaintenance and equipment;
overseeing WH&Schecks;, First Aid, emergency warden coordination, and criticalincidents;
handling mail, deliveriesand couriers;
managing internalcommunications and office related events andactivations;
managing office suppliesincluding stationery, catering, staff amenities, and budgetreconciliation; and
supporting NationalOperations Manager and Canberra Office Partner in Charge;and
assisting with generaloffice tasks.
Aboutyou
You will ideally have thefollowing skills and experience:
minimum 5+ years'experience in a similar role or professional servicesfirm;
excellent interpersonaland communication skills;
working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office;
ability to workautonomously;
strong attention todetail;
strong organisation/ timemanagement skills; and
flexible, reliable with a'can do' attitude and a proactiveapproach.
