* Familiarity with clinical and social issues affecting individuals living with chronic diseases or illnesses.
* Advanced communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal abilities, enabling effective engagement with diverse client groups, including those from linguistically and culturally diverse backgrounds.
* Understanding of social determinants of health and health-promoting principles, informing healthcare strategies and initiatives.
* High-level experience using technology to complete reporting requirements outlined by relevant authorities.
