Yoko Dining and Greca, located under the iconic Story Bridge at Howard Smith Wharves, are searching for experienced waiters, bartenders, and runners to join our team this summer.
- Yoko Dining : A vibrant Japanese restaurant bringing the energy of Tokyo nightlife to Brisbane, with premium sashimi, Hibachi-grilled wagyu, innovative cocktails, and a progressive wine list.
- Greca : A lively Greek taverna serving modern Greek cuisine, refreshing cocktails, and Australian & European wines in a buzzing riverside location.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year experience in hospitality (waiter, bartender or runner)
- Strong communication skills and confident guest interaction
- Positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
