Administration Officer Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer to manage all aspects of general office management, assist the commercial manager with job-related tasks, and oversee IT, asset, and other registers.
* All aspects of general office management including facility management and contributing to a productive culture
* Support the commercial manager with job-related tasks
* Prepare communications, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
* Manage IT, asset, and other assorted registers
* Address IT issues with support from internal and external IT providers
* Oversight of employee timesheet submission process
* Coordination of job accommodation and company social events
* New staff onboarding
* Document processing and data entry
* Accounts payable (AP) assistance as needed
