Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Operations Assistant will support daily operations by assisting in inventory management, ensuring smooth logistics coordination, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining administrative tasks, supporting operations management, and contributing to the efficient functionality of the team.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Operations and Operations Management to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
* Strong Analytical Skills to effectively manage inventory and address challenges.
* Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and liaise with vendors and clients.
* Customer Service experience with a focus on delivering positive interactions and solving customer inquiries effectively.
* Proficiency in using Cin7, Shopify and Excel office software and technology for administrative tasks.
* Organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or logistics is highly desirable.
