An opportunity now exists for an Intermediate to Senior-level Production Estimator to join an experienced team. This is a hands-on role primarily focused on production estimating within a structured and supportive environment.
This is a Monday to Friday, office-based position in northwest Sydney.
As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:
Prepare and maintain an accurate schedule, Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and documentation.
Purchase ordering of materials and equipment
Assist with supplier and contractor pricing enquiries.
Inventory management and stock control.
Calculate site costs.
Prepare tenders for contract signing.
Estimate Masters and Upgrade items
Create Sales supporting documentation integrated into the Estimating and Sales Software
Assist in the development and maintenance of the Sales Variation Pricebook.
To be considered for the position of Estimator you will require:
5+ years' experience in production estimating
Experience pricing and delivering project homes
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work Monday to Friday in an office and committing to a full-time role.
