As a Senior Growth Strategist, you will build and maintain strong broker relationships in VIC, driving sales performance through application results across our network.
* Be the primary contact for your brokers.
* Develop and sustain outstanding broker relationships.
* Proactively manage a pipeline of broker scenarios and applications.
* Identify new broker opportunities and nurture them into loyal advocates.
You will also engage with brokers via phone, SMS, email, and Zoom, with regular face-to-face visits, broker events, and professional development days.
Who are we looking for?
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role managing broker relationships.
* Strong relationship development and maintenance skills with brokers, credit teams, and clients.
* A focus on sales and conversion.
* Exceptional communication skills—clear, engaging, and professional.
