About the role
You'll take the lead on enterprise sales across ANZ, driving both new business and conversion of existing customers to a subscription model. This is a player‐coach position, blending hands‐on enterprise selling with leadership of a small, capable team focused on customer success and renewals. Reporting locally and working closely with the senior leadership group, you'll shape and execute the sales and channel strategy while building a healthy, predictable pipeline for the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead all commercial activity across enterprise and mid‐market customers.
* Build, qualify and convert pipeline, balancing inbound and proactive outreach.
* Develop go‐to‐market and partner strategies as indirect channels emerge.
* Drive SaaS conversion and recurring‐revenue performance.
* Represent the business with confidence at senior and C‐suite level.
* Collaborate across product, marketing and operations to refine growth plans.
Ideal background
* Experienced in enterprise SaaS or technology solutions with multi‐stakeholder sales cycles.
* Comfortable selling into operational, security or infrastructure‐heavy environments.
* Proven strength building structure and process in evolving or scale‐up settings.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to shift seamlessly between strategy and delivery.
* Agile, self‐directed and comfortable operating within changing frameworks.
