What You'll Be Doing
* Lead budgeting and forecasting for all supply chain cost areas, including manufacturing, procurement, freight and logistics
* Analyse manufacturing performance, purchase price variances, and month-end results to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities
* Translate financial data into practical insights for non-finance stakeholders
* Build, enhance, and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reporting
* Partner with procurement to monitor supplier performance and evaluate sourcing opportunities
* Support inventory management, demand planning and the S&OP process
* Drive compliance with financial policies and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and planning processes

What We're Looking For
* 3–7+ years' experience in financial analysis within supply chain, manufacturing, or cost accounting
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or related field and CA, CPA or CIMA qualifications highly regarded
* Advanced Excel modelling and analytical capability
* Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, TM1) and strong ERP exposure (SAP experience preferred)
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time‑management skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
* Positive, solutions‑focused attitude with a hands‑on approach
