What you'll be doing:
* Building, maintaining and improving marketplace features using Ruby on Rails
* Contributing across the stack, with an approximate 60/40 split between backend and frontend work
* Working closely with product managers, designers and fellow engineers to deliver customer-facing features
* Developing and enhancing B2C experiences used by a large and engaged user base
* Collaborating with engineers across teams to ensure clean, scalable and maintainable code
* Participating in technical discussions, code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
* Operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and learning is constant
Experience required:
* 3 + years of commercial experience working with Ruby on Rails
* Full stack capability, with solid JavaScript experience highly regarded
* Experience working on B2C products or marketplaces is a strong advantage
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative engineering environment
* Exposure to AWS is beneficial but not essential
