Based in Chadstone, you’ll manage a national industrial and commercial office portfolio, supported by a Senior Property Manager and Facilities Manager.Key Responsibilities:Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for the portfolio.Conduct regular property inspections and ensure lease compliance.Build strong relationships with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders.Prepare monthly and quarterly reports (financial, arrears, maintenance, etc.).Coordinate CAPEX and ad hoc building works and services.QualificationsKey Qualifications:Proven experience in commercial or industrial property management.Strong financial acumen and reporting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Ability to manage lease administration and compliance.Highly organized with attention to detail.Additional InformationIn return, we offer an opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team and you'll also enjoy being part of the fastest growing real estate services company in the world.
