Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced credit management professional to drive the growth of our SME loan book through expert analysis and relationship management.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Conduct thorough assessments of potential SME borrowers, analyzing their financial standing and risk profile.
o Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategies for portfolio growth, identifying opportunities for expansion and new relationships.
o Manage the pipeline for loan origination, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making.
o Present regular updates on the loan portfolio and pipeline to stakeholders.
o Ensure all loan documentation is accurately completed and up-to-date.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in consumer and business lending or a related field.
* Proven expertise in SME lending or business management, with a track record of building strong relationships.
* Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
* Relevant qualifications, such as an undergraduate degree or postgraduate certification in credit analysis, would be highly valued.
