We are seeking an experienced Village Supervisor to join a major remote infrastructure project supporting large-scale energy delivery operations.
Roster: Monday to Friday 38 hours per week
Roster: 8/6 FIFO from Perth
Start: ASAP
The Role
Reporting to the Village Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading safe, reliable and efficient village operations across catering, accommodation, maintenance and security services. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on contractor performance, accommodation forecasting, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily village operations across catering, accommodation, maintenance and ancillary services
* Manage contractor performance against scope of services and KPIs
* Oversee accommodation forecasting and utilisation accuracy
* Champion safety leadership and food safety compliance
* Conduct regular inspections and drive corrective actions
* Maintain strong governance, documentation and reporting standards
* Manage operational risks and statutory compliance requirements
* Lead Village Managers and Security Officers
* Support continuous improvement and cost optimisation initiatives
* Proven experience in remote village and/or hospitality operations
* Strong contractor management capability
* Demonstrated safety leadership and risk management experience
* Accommodation Management System experience (SAMS/Workflow)
* Strong organisational, analytical and reporting skills
* C Class Driver's Licence
