Housing First Case Manager – Aboriginal Community
A community service organization is seeking an Aboriginal Homes First Case Manager to provide intensive case management for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander community members. The role focuses on delivering culturally appropriate support to those experiencing chronic homelessness in the Barwon Region. This full-time ongoing position includes access to salary packaging and generous annual leave.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
