Change Manager – Daily Rate Contract
Location: Sydney or Melbourne
Contract Type: Daily Rate – Contract until 31 December 2025
Start: Immediate
We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a high-impact enterprise program focused on on-boarding a major contract into a national field service management environment. The role will support a critical workstream delivering new applications to enable field service operations across a large and diverse asset base, including land and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and delivery of the change management and communications strategy.
* Identify impacted stakeholder groups (across both blue- and white-collar workforces) and plan change and engagement activities accordingly.
* Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure alignment between change, communications, and systems roll-out.
* Drive awareness, adoption, and readiness to support system and process transitions.
* Balance structured change methodology with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach to execute change within a six-month implementation window.
Required Experience:
* Proven success as a Change Manager or Change Lead on complex system implementations.
* Experience managing change across both blue- and white-collar workforce environments.
* Strong knowledge of change frameworks, coupled with the ability to tailor and apply them practically.
* Experience in large-scale application or system transformation programs.
