About the role Reporting to the Head of Auto B2B Sales, the role requires a commercially savvy, client-focused sales professional with a proactive and innovative mindset. Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue from new and existing B2B fleet clients. Establish, manage, and enhance operational-level relationships with key accounts at both national and state levels. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement integrated client solutions. Lead end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on delivering high-value service. Conduct regular account reviews and client meetings to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations. Represent the brand at networking events, industry functions, and key stakeholder meetings. About you 10 years' experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the automotive, aftermarket, or related industry. Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven ability to achieve growth targets. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
