Overview
Newcastle Anglican are seeking experienced Care Assistants to join on a casual or permanent part-time basis at Mirrabooka Place - Gloucester NSW. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care home. Shifts availabilities are mornings, afternoons and nights on a fixed roster.

Role & Responsibilities
* Actively promote Anglican Care's positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
* Consistent delivery of person centered care to residents in our facilities
* Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
* Abide by Aged Care Standards
* Work as an effective team member
About you
* Certificate III/IV in Individual or Ageing Support, or 2nd/3rd Year RN student
* Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
* An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to accurately document residents care/progress
