Primary objective
Ensure the effective delivery of recruitment and workforce coordination for Custodial Care by managing processes that support
timely staffing and smooth transitions for employees. The role focuses on maintaining accurate systems and records, facilitating
collaboration with internal teams and external providers, and contributing to a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Key duties and responsibilities
1. Co-ordinate the recruitment of all employment disciplines to maintain safe staffing levels.
2. Co-ordinate all onboarding and offboarding process for all staff recruited to Custodial Care, coordination with recruitment and

nursing agencies.
3. Coordinate internal and external advertising via eRecruit and maintain internal recruitment databases as required.
4. Ensure all staff are entered into the OneStaff payroll system for Custodial Care.
5. Provide specialist administrative support to other members of the Custodial Care team.
6. Assist in preparing and collating relevant recruitment data/information.
7. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken

to ensure high quality, safe services, and workplaces.
8. Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership practices and role modelling behaviour.

Selection criteria
Essential
1. Demonstrated high level interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to participate as a member

of a multidisciplinary team and interact and communicate effectively with people from diverse cultures.
2. High level of self-management including the ability to work with minimal supervision and meet own work objectives to the

required quality standard.
3. Strong work ethic (punctual, reliable, professional, and discreet) with the ability to apply initiative and solve practical problems.
4. Ability to understand and follow legislation, regulations, and administrative procedures.
5. Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks within required timeframes.
6. Demonstrated computer skills with proficiency in a range of relevant computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) with the ability

to undertake high quality data entry and effective retrieval of information.
7. Sound knowledge of Human Resource functions specifically in relation to recruitment processes.
8. Demonstrated advanced knowledge in systems such as the use of ONESTAFF, PIPS, EIMS and eRecruit or the ability to obtain.
9. Northern Territory Drivers licence or ability to obtain.

Desirable
1. Certificate IV/Diploma or above in field of Human Resources/Business Administration/Public Administration or similar
