What Your Day Will Look Like
* Attending open inspections and auctions
* Providing advice and service to the client
* Prospecting, listing and selling property
* Exceptional client service and management
* Attending appraisals and delivering settlement gifts/sold stickers

Who You Are
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in real estate (essential)
* A current Real Estate License- Certificate IV in property services
* Experience in working with a CRM system – Agent Box (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
* Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
* Knowledge of the legislation around listing and selling property
